Product Architect- Driving the architecture and design of agentic AI platform transforming automation in healthcare.
EltropyFeb 2024 - Aug 2025
Associate Product Architect- Native E-Sign: Designed the architecture for implementing native E-Sign functionality, creating a robust framework based on a multi-step state machine.
- Voice+: Designed and implemented browser-based voice calling functionality for the platform, enabling contact center executives to conduct seamless inbound and outbound calls with members on their phones. Enhanced the system with advanced features such as voice conferencing, call recording, analytics, and integrated Conversational Intelligence capabilities. - Skill Based Routing: Designed and developed an intelligent skill-based routing engine that dynamically directs customer requests to the most qualified agents based on expertise, language, and other key attributes. Serving as the core routing engine for all request types-including text, chat, voice, video, and appointments channels within Eltropy’s digital communication platform, this solution has streamlined workflows, improved agent productivity, and accelerated resolution times, directly enhancing customer satisfaction and service metrics for enterprise clients. Senior Software Engineer- Appointment Management: Developed a real-time appointment scheduling system for financial institutions, enabling calendar integration and multi-channel bookings (phone, video, walk-in); adopted by 100+ customers with 100K+ appointments scheduled. Implemented robust lifecycle management using Temporal to orchestrate booking, reminders, rescheduling, and cancellations. Technologies: Golang, Temporal, MongoDB, RabbitMQ, MQTT
- AI Assistants: Engineered the foundational framework and developed Virtual Assistants (Voice, Web, and Text) leveraging RASA for Natural Language Understanding (NLU) and Voiceflow for dialog management. Designed and implemented a CI/CD pipeline that automated NLU model training based on conversation design via a no-code tool, and orchestrated seamless deployments to serverless Kubernetes containers. Enabled auto-scaling and scale-to-zero features, reducing manual intervention and achieving a 30% decrease in infrastructure costs. Software Engineer- Reputation Management: Developed the backend for aggregating and analyzing reviews from platforms like Google and Facebook, enabling financial institutions to strengthen their online reputation, boost customer trust, and gain actionable insights through Eltropy. Implemented crons using Temporal to periodically sync the reviews in the system.
- DocuSign Integration: Developed the industry’s first solution enabling e-signatures via text messaging on Eltropy’s platform. This innovation led to a partnership with DocuSign, attracted new customers, and inspired DocuSign to adopt text-based envelope delivery in their own offering.
